Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
At The Youth Space, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please review our policy before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Replacement
We offer replacements only in the following cases:
- Damaged product
- Defective product
- Wrong item received
The issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
- A parcel opening (unboxing) video is required for any damaged, missing, or incorrect product claims.
- The video should clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The issue after opening
Without a valid unboxing video, we may not be able to process your request.
3. Replacement Process
- Replacement will be shipped only after the original product is picked up by our courier partner.
- The product must be unused and in original packaging.
4. Self-Shipping (If Pickup Not Available)
- If reverse pickup is not available in your area:
- You will need to ship the product to us
- Share the tracking ID once shipped
- Courier charges will be reimbursed (up to a reasonable standard shipping cost).
5. No Warranty
- All products do not carry any warranty after delivery.
- Any issue must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the order.
6. Non-Eligible Cases
We do not offer replacements or returns in the following cases:
- Damage due to misuse, negligence, or accidental handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Used products
- Minor scratches not affecting functionality (unless clearly shown in unboxing video)
- Requests raised after 72 hours
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Wrong product received (with valid unboxing video), or

Replacement is not available for a damaged/defective product
Advance Payment Refund Policy
For orders from selected areas, a 10% advance payment may be required to confirm a Cash on Delivery (COD) order.
This advance amount is non-refundable if:
- The customer cancels the order during or after order confirmation.
- The order is returned to us (RTO) due to refusal of delivery, customer unavailability, incorrect address, or any customer-related reason.
The advance amount will be refunded only if the order is cancelled by us or cannot be fulfilled by us.
Refund Conditions
- The product must be returned to us and pass inspection
- It must be unused and in original packaging
- Refund will be initiated only after the product is received and verified
8. Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Item is not in original condition
- Item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
9. Cancellation Policy
- Prepaid orders cannot be canceled once placed
- If canceled before or at the time of delivery, only 50% of the total amount will be refunded
10. Delivery Disclaimer
- Delivery timelines shown on our website are estimated only
- Delays may occur due to courier issues or unforeseen operational challenges
- We do not guarantee delivery on a specific date
11. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Please check your bank statement again
- Then contact your bank, as processing times may vary

12. Sale Items
- Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds
- Sale items are non-refundable
13. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged

- The Youth Space is not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to improper use or handling.
