Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At The Youth Space, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please review our policy before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Replacement

We offer replacements only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product
  • Defective product
  • Wrong item received

The issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.


2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • A parcel opening (unboxing) video is required for any damaged, missing, or incorrect product claims.
  • The video should clearly show:
    • The sealed package before opening
    • The issue after opening

Without a valid unboxing video, we may not be able to process your request.


3. Replacement Process

  • Replacement will be shipped only after the original product is picked up by our courier partner.
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging.

4. Self-Shipping (If Pickup Not Available)

  • If reverse pickup is not available in your area:
    • You will need to ship the product to us
    • Share the tracking ID once shipped
  • Courier charges will be reimbursed (up to a reasonable standard shipping cost).

5. No Warranty

  • All products do not carry any warranty after delivery.
  • Any issue must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the order.

6. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer replacements or returns in the following cases:

  • Damage due to misuse, negligence, or accidental handling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Used products
  • Minor scratches not affecting functionality (unless clearly shown in unboxing video)
  • Requests raised after 72 hours

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received (with valid unboxing video), or
  • Replacement is not available for a damaged/defective product

    Advance Payment Refund Policy

    For orders from selected areas, a 10% advance payment may be required to confirm a Cash on Delivery (COD) order.

    This advance amount is non-refundable if:

    • The customer cancels the order during or after order confirmation.
    • The order is returned to us (RTO) due to refusal of delivery, customer unavailability, incorrect address, or any customer-related reason.

    The advance amount will be refunded only if the order is cancelled by us or cannot be fulfilled by us.


Refund Conditions

  • The product must be returned to us and pass inspection
  • It must be unused and in original packaging
  • Refund will be initiated only after the product is received and verified

8. Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Item is not in original condition
  • Item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Prepaid orders cannot be canceled once placed
  • If canceled before or at the time of delivery, only 50% of the total amount will be refunded

10. Delivery Disclaimer

  • Delivery timelines shown on our website are estimated only
  • Delays may occur due to courier issues or unforeseen operational challenges
  • We do not guarantee delivery on a specific date

11. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Please check your bank statement again
  • Then contact your bank, as processing times may vary

  • Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds
  • Sale items are non-refundable
