  • All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders are shipped only after successful confirmation and verification.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • All COD orders are verified via phone call before shipping.
  • Please ensure you provide a valid and active phone number.
  • If we are unable to reach you after 3 call attempts, your order will be automatically cancelled.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
  • Typically, orders are delivered within 1–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer.

4. Delivery Delays

  • Delivery dates shown on our website are estimated only.
  • Delays may occur due to:
    • Courier partner issues
    • Weather conditions
    • Operational or logistical challenges
  • We do not guarantee delivery on a specific date.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • These charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is from our side.

6. Self-Shipping for Returns

  • In case reverse pickup is not available in your area:
    • You will need to ship the product to us at the address provided below
    • Share the tracking details with us
  • Return shipping costs will be reimbursed (up to a reasonable amount) after verification.

7. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for high-value items.
  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • Due to courier and safety regulations, all lighters are shipped without lighter fluid.
