- All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders are shipped only after successful confirmation and verification.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- All COD orders are verified via phone call before shipping.
- Please ensure you provide a valid and active phone number.
- If we are unable to reach you after 3 call attempts, your order will be automatically cancelled.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
- Typically, orders are delivered within 1–10 business days after dispatch.
- Remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer.
4. Delivery Delays
- Delivery dates shown on our website are estimated only.
- Delays may occur due to:
- Courier partner issues
- Weather conditions
- Operational or logistical challenges
- We do not guarantee delivery on a specific date.
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
- These charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is from our side.
6. Self-Shipping for Returns
- In case reverse pickup is not available in your area:
- You will need to ship the product to us at the address provided below
- Share the tracking details with us
- Return shipping costs will be reimbursed (up to a reasonable amount) after verification.
7. Return Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for high-value items.
- We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.
8. Shipping Restrictions
- Due to courier and safety regulations, all lighters are shipped without lighter fluid.
