In these Terms, “The Youth Space”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to YOUTH SPACE MERCHANDISE LLP.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND LAWFUL USE

You must provide accurate and complete information while placing an order or creating an account.
You must not use our website to commit fraud, place unauthorized orders, interfere with our website, gain unauthorized access to systems, or misuse our products or services.
Lighters are intended for lawful use only. You are responsible for complying with restrictions relating to the purchase, possession, transportation, storage, and use of lighters.
3. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, colours, dimensions, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

- Actual colours may vary depending on your device or screen.
- Product packaging or minor design details may change from those shown in images.
- Accessories or props shown in product photographs are not included unless specifically mentioned.
- Product availability may change without notice.
- Product specifications may be updated from time to time.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products will be handled according to our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.
4. LIGHTER SAFETY AND RESPONSIBLE USE
Lighters may involve flame, heat, fuel, pressurized gas, or other potentially hazardous components.
You should:
- Keep lighters away from children and combustible materials.
- Never leave a lit lighter unattended.
- Use the lighter only for its intended purpose.
- Follow the instructions provided with the product.
- Do not modify, dismantle, or improperly repair the product.
- Store and transport the lighter safely.
- Handle fuel and refilling carefully.
We are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, negligence, improper handling, or failure to follow product safety instructions.
5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We reserve the right to:
- Limit quantities of products purchased.
- Discontinue products.
- Correct inventory errors.
- Update product information.
- Decline or cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the amount paid for that order will be refunded through the original payment method or another suitable payment method.
6. PRICES AND CHARGES
Product prices may change from time to time.
The price displayed for a product at the time of purchase is the price applicable to that order.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during the purchase process.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information, or other errors on the website. If an order is placed based on an obvious pricing or information error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment received.
7. PLACING AND ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
When you place an order, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.
An order is considered accepted once we verify and process it for fulfilment.
We may decline or cancel an order due to:
- Product unavailability.
- Incorrect or incomplete information.
- Pricing or product information errors.
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.
- Inability to deliver to the provided location.
- Repeated failed delivery attempts or customer-related delivery issues.

- Other legitimate operational or business reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount paid will be refunded.
8. CUSTOMER INFORMATION AND ORDER ACCURACY
You are responsible for providing accurate:
- Full name.
- Active mobile number.
- Email address.
- Complete delivery address.
- PIN code.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Customers placing COD orders must provide an active phone number and remain reachable for order confirmation and delivery coordination.
9. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
COD availability may depend on the product, delivery location, order value, previous order history, or other operational factors.
COD orders may be confirmed by phone before dispatch.
If the customer cannot be reached, provides incorrect information, refuses confirmation, or otherwise fails to coordinate, we may cancel or hold the order.
For selected locations or orders, we may require a 10% advance payment before dispatching a COD order.
The advance amount may be non-refundable where the customer cancels after confirmation or where the order is returned due to customer-related reasons, including refusal, unavailability, incorrect address, inactive/unreachable phone number, or failure to coordinate.
If we cancel an order because we cannot fulfil it, the advance amount will be refunded.

10. PAYMENT
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways.
By making a payment, you confirm that:
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
- The information provided for payment is accurate.
- You agree to the terms and policies of the relevant payment provider.
Payment processing, security, and related matters may also be subject to the payment gateway's own terms and policies.
11. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
We deliver to serviceable locations within India through third-party courier and logistics partners.
Estimated delivery time is generally 2 to 7 working days, depending on the delivery location and other operational factors.
Delivery timelines may be affected by:
- Courier delays.
- Weather conditions.
- Holidays.
- Transportation issues.
- Operational disruptions.
- Government restrictions.
- Events beyond our reasonable control.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information and cooperate with delivery attempts.
Our Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of these Terms.
12. FAILED DELIVERY AND RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO)
An order may be returned to us due to:
- Customer refusing the parcel.
- Customer being unavailable.
- Incorrect or incomplete address.
- Inactive or unreachable phone number.
- Failure to coordinate with the courier.
- Repeated delivery attempts.
- Other customer-related reasons.
Prepaid Orders
Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Once a prepaid order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
If a prepaid order is returned to us due to customer-related reasons, we will contact the customer by phone or email after the parcel is received back.
If the customer does not respond within 7 days after our contact attempt, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
The remaining 50% is retained towards shipping, return shipping, processing, packaging, and other costs and expenses incurred in connection with the order.
COD Orders With Advance Payment
Where a 10% advance has been collected for a COD order, the advance amount will be handled according to Section 9 and our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.
13. CANCELLATION
Prepaid Orders
Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Once shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
If the customer refuses delivery or the parcel is returned due to customer-related reasons, the refund process described in Section 12 will apply.
COD Orders
COD orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to the order status and confirmation process.
Once a COD order has been shipped, cancellation may not be accepted.
If a COD order involving an advance payment is refused or returned due to customer-related reasons, the advance payment will be handled according to our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.
14. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS
Our separate Return, Replacement & Refund Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within the specified period and must satisfy the evidence and product-condition requirements mentioned in that policy.
Where required, an unboxing video showing the sealed package before opening and the issue after opening must be provided.
15. NO GENERAL WARRANTY
Unless a product specifically states that it carries a manufacturer or seller warranty, products do not carry any additional warranty after delivery.
Where a specific warranty is provided for a particular product, that warranty will be governed by its stated terms and conditions.
16. INSPECTION OF PRODUCTS FOR CLAIMS
For return, replacement, or refund claims, we may require the product to be returned and inspected.
Inspection may be used to determine:
- Whether the reported issue exists.
- Whether the correct product was supplied.
- Whether the product is defective or damaged.
- Whether the product has been used, modified, repaired, or mishandled.
- Whether the reported issue occurred after delivery.
17. USER CONTENT, REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
If you submit reviews, photographs, videos, feedback, comments, or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to submit such content.
You must not submit content that:
- Is unlawful or fraudulent.
- Infringes another person's rights.
- Contains malware or harmful code.
- Is misleading or defamatory.
- Is abusive, threatening, or offensive.
By submitting content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, display, publish, and share that content for business, promotional, or marketing purposes.
We may remove content that we consider unlawful, abusive, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or inappropriate.

- Failure to follow product instructions.
- Unauthorized modification or repair.
- Negligent handling.

23. INDEMNIFICATION
You are responsible for losses, claims, damages, or reasonable costs arising directly from your:

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent a consumer from approaching a competent consumer commission, court, authority, or other forum available to them.
Subject to the above, disputes may be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Subject to any rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws, the courts having competent jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or purchases made through The Youth Space.
28. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in effect.
29. NO WAIVER
Failure by us to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.
